Everyone uses their MacID if they are a McMaster user.

Non-McMaster users can still be given access to CVs but must be added to the system by their faculty member. Non-McMaster users will be able to login using their email address once they are added as a proxy.

We have a variety of zoom training sessions on our website under the “Learn More-Zoom Training section of the Training, FAQ and Support pages. You can sign up for any training and drop-in session and will receive a zoom link to your email.

All sessions are facilitated by audience type, and you can see the intended audience descriptions on the website. If you are still unsure, please email us at fhsdb@mcmaster.ca and we will assist you.
