Training Session Dates and Times
Faculty Renewal Dashboard (Intended audience: academic coordinators, department administrators, DECs)
This information session is for departmental leadership and will focus on the Part-Time Faculty Renewal process in FHS and has a Q & A portion at the end. Sessions will be approximately 30 minutes via zoom.

Proxy Training (Intended audience: proxy administrators)
This session will focus on CV management, how to update your faculty member(s) CV, how to review and print the CV and how to review educational contributions.
Dates:
Tuesday, November 26th – 11 a.m. to noon
Thursday, December 5th – 2 – 3 p.m.
Program Training (Intended audience: program coordinators)
This session will focus on the Speed Form functionality and how to enter contributions quickly and efficiently. We will also cover using the Contributions Dashboard for review, exports and reporting.

Friday, November 29th – 11 a.m. to noon
Monday, December 9th – 3 – 4 p.m.
Contributions Drop-In Session (Intended audience: program coordinators)
This session is intended to be informal. Users can register and attend to meet with an FHS DB expert to answer your questions and advise you on issues with the speedform and contributions.

Reporting Dashboard (Intended audience: academic coordinators, department administrators, DECs)
This session will focus on navigation and running of reports on educational contributions for your department’s faculty members and programs using the Reporting Dashboard.

Faculty Training (Intended audience: faculty members)
This session will focus on CV management, how to update your CV, how to review and print your CV and how to review educational contributions.

CV Builder Training (Intended audience: faculty members)
This session will focus on the new CV Builder, located in My CV Management and how to effectively use the builder to create and save customized CV templates for personal and professional use outside of the official McMaster CV.

Department Training (Intended audience: department administrators, department chairs, academic coordinators)
This session will focus on the administrative tasks required to view/update information in FHS-DB, including updating teaching locations, hospital privileges and contact information of the faculty. Educational contributions dashboard review will also be covered, as well as data exports and reporting.
